How to Release the Super SARCA 2 Anchor

For Mud or Sand:

✅ Motor your boat directly above the anchor position.

✅ Apply light and steady upward pressure on the anchor line.

✅ The SARCA's special slots break suction with the seabed.

✅ The long shank design helps the anchor lift easily and cleanly.

For Rock or Reef:

✅ Motor directly above the anchor and pull in all slack rope.

✅ Release approximately ½ metre of rope and tie it off.

✅ Slowly motor forward over the anchor.

✅ This lifts the rear of the anchor, engaging the trip release.

✅ As the anchor releases, the stainless steel D-shackle slides to the front of the shank, resetting the anchor automatically for the next drop.
